So Fun!

Sorry I've been absent the last week. We've been dealing with our nightmare of a property manager. It's been one thing after another with him and the latest is that we had agreed to have our tile in our tub replaced. Well he originally wanted the work to start last

Wednedsay and we told him no we wanted it to start on Thursday if possible.....because we wanted to have as little disruption during the work week as possible. Since we were going to have to stay in a hotel while the work was being done. So he agreed that the work would start on Thursday and be done on Saturday. Fine. Great.

So what do you think I see when I get home from work on Wednesday??? Yup you guessed it half of our tub tile torn out but not only that all of our stuff in the bathroom has been removed and thrown into a pile! L.I.V.I.D that would describe me! UGH!

ugh! I'm sick for the second time in the past two and a half months! It seems like everyone is sick and it just keeps going around. I've been on my couch for the past two days and finally dragged myself back to work today but still am not feeling super.

1. I love liver....I know disgusting, but I do, I love liver and onions, I love liver patte, liver anything.
2. I'm 6' tall when I wear 3 inch heels
3. I hate talking on the telephone, hate it, hate it, hate it....I don't know why. But when I do talk on the phone I pace a lot! I'm talking laps around the house!
4. I have four brothers and we were also a foster family from the time I was 6 until I was 15 and had anywhere from 1 newborn to 3 babies/children in our house constantly.
5. I was engaged for over two years and didn't actually start planning my wedding until about a year in and didn't start trying on wedding dresses until then either.
6. I get what's called "Emotional blushing" whenever I feel an extreme emotion, happiness, nervousness, anger, etc. I'll get really splotchy on my neck and arms or if I drink I'll get it too, 1 beer or 1 glass of wine will do it.

Where I'm headed for Thanksgiving....and a few other things!

The mountains!! My family has a cabin about 2 hours from where we live so we'll be heading up there for Thanksgiving and I'm really excited! Eating lots of good food, beautiful scenery, a crackling fire, and being surrounded by the people I love! I think that sounds like a pretty perfect Thanksgiving!

Okay so I have to put my Twilight 2 cents in and say that I wasn't all that impressed. I think my surroundings had a huge affect on the actual movie, there were so many teenage girls screaming and giggling the whole time that it took away from the movie and then I dragged hubby with me who kept looking at me every two minutes like I had lost mind!!! Needless to say he did not care for the movie at all! However he did find amusement in yelling and getting all of the teenage girls wound up even more than they were.

I'm definitely going to rent it when it comes out on DVD and give it another try.

A Fun Shower Game and an Award!

Good Morning! My wonderful Maid of Honor gave me all of her pictures that she took of my shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and after party!!! So while I wait for the pro pics to come in I'll share with you some of the pictures she gave me!

One of the fun games that we played at my first shower was the toilet paper bride! It was hilariously funny!

I got a Diamond!

I'm a little late in posting this but the sweet miss tickledpink gave me a diamond award! Her blog is fabulous and I always enjoy reading whatever she has to talk about!
