I just got jipped!

So I totally got ripped off! (i think) I went to Startbuck's to get my coffee and I ordered a tall non-fat caramel latte..........the menu said it was $2.80 and my bill came to $3.89???????????? Now I know that they charge you for flavoring but that much more????? And the girl didn't give me a reciept so I couldn't tell how she rang it up.........UGH! You're on my bad list right now Starbuck's!!! You need to train your employees better than that!

  2. No :( The job that I interviewed for with the company that I really liked hired someone else. And I've interviewed for three other jobs but haven't heard anything on any of them :( And none of them I'm crazy about anyway, but I figured if I get an offer from any of them I'll just take it until after the wedding and after we buy a house and get settled and then I'll start looking again! Thanks for checking on me though! :) You're so sweet!

  3. yeah, I used to work at starbucks, and that is a little much. Usually flavoring is $.50. That is wierd, unless she accidentally charged you for the larger side. Next time you go, just mention it to the manager. They are usually pretty cool about fixing their mistakes. =) Hope it tasted good though!

  6. Oh no!

Not that it will help after the fact but for future coffee trips...

Buy one of their gift cards. You can just keep adding cash to it as you use it instead of your credit card or cash in the store. But the key is to register it online. Doing this gives you free things like free flavoring/soy milk/etc. Sometimes free drinks. Just because you use their "member card" thingy. I know it's small but free is always fun in my book!
